A real sweet-tart
It’s hard to improve on a plump, ripe strawberry. But it turns out that when you squish ‘em and fwip ‘em, something magical happens. Made from fragrant ribbons of freshly crushed strawberries, this vegan sorbet is a little bit zingy, deliciously sweet and fruitier than Carmen Miranda’s headdress. We think it’s a bit like dancing in the summer rain. Except the rain is made of strawberry juice and you have your mouth wide open.
