A sunshine sorbet for all seasons

Spring is still far away, so how about brightening your dessert menu with some sunshine-sorbet-centric desserts? After all, there’s nothing quite like a soothing sorbet - especially an award-winning, mango-licious one.

Our Mango Vegan Sorbet received three Great Taste Award stars in 2021!

Winner of the coveted 3-star award at the Great Taste Awards 2021, our naturally juicy and sweet Mango Vegan Sorbet is made from 500-year-old mangoes (the variety, not the fruit).

With chefs and sunshine in short supply, we look at three easy-peasy ways to get creative with Mango Vegan Sorbet.

Three ways to go mango

Crushed and fwipped up into saffron-coloured swirls of joy, our Vegan Mango Sorbet is refreshing, sweet, and ripe for serving.   

Pineapple Tarte Tatin with Mango Sorbet

By itself it’s only 79 calories per 100ml , so for those customers who are counting, they’ve still got some wiggle-room to enjoy one of your marvelous mango-based creations.

Get creative in uncomplicated and tastebud-banging ways.

What about a Pineapple Tarte Tatin With Mango Sorbet? Give this classic French dessert a tropical twist! Combining puff pastry, pineapple rings, caster sugar, and butter, you can take this delicious dessert to the next level with a topping of freshly swirled fwip Mango Vegan Sorbet. Drenched in a deliciously sticky caramel sauce, the sweet and gooey pineapple partners perfectly with the crisp, melting sorbet.

After something even easier? There’s nothing quicker to fwip up than a Mango Sorbet Fool. Get a nice serving glass, add some slices of fresh (ideally Alphonso) mango, a dash of cream, a lovely golden swirl of Mango Vegan Sorbet and top with crushed meringue. Presto!

Mango Sorbet Frozen Daiquiri

Is it a delicious dessert? Is it a cheeky alcoholic beverage? Make our Mango Sorbet the star of its very own show with the addition of one very special, grown-up ingredient. Rum.  Blend the rum, lime juice and our Mango Vegan Sorbet for a tasty and refreshing Mango Sorbet Frozen Daiquiri. Want an alcohol free version? Swap the rum for apple or pineapple juice.
